After moving to Canada, we both entered the Metro Vancouver workforce and immediately noticed the same glaring problem from two entirely different perspectives.
Mona—armed with an MBA, a Master’s in Engineering, and a diverse background in project management and C++ development—saw the operational fallout. Canadian SMEs were bleeding efficiency due to disconnected processes and double spending. She began utilizing Power BI to reveal these hidden gaps, proving that technology must be driven by business strategy. Meanwhile, Siavash—bringing 20 years of enterprise IT and DevOps experience—saw the infrastructure side: business owners drowning in a chaotic, bloated tech landscape without the security or operational stability they needed to actually scale.
