The Challenge

Before working with Noblexus, Ment Interior Design’s client experience was scattered across a patchwork of separate tools and manual steps — no single system tying together inquiries, proposals, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and client communication.

For a premium, high-touch design studio, that meant onboarding a new client often meant chasing down and sending a handful of disconnected documents rather than delivering the seamless experience the brand promised.

The Rebuild

We rebuilt the Ment Interior Design website from the ground up on WordPress, then built the engine behind it: a fully configured HoneyBook system covering CRM, project management, scheduling, contracts, and invoicing in one place.

That included custom pipelines and stages, automations for inquiries and follow-ups, and HoneyBook connected to both Google Calendar and its own booking scheduler. On the website itself, we integrated the contact form directly with HoneyBook — so the moment someone submits an inquiry, they automatically receive an email invitation to book a meeting with the owner, no manual follow-up required.

We also added a client portal to the site, giving clients one place to see their documents, contracts, and project updates instead of a scattered trail of emails and attachments, and connected the whole system to her accounting tools so nothing lived in a separate silo.

An Ongoing Partnership

About a year after launch, as the business grew, we stepped into an ongoing role as her vCIO and MSP — handling her security and IT day to day, and holding recurring meetings to talk through where the business is heading, what needs to change, and how to keep her technology stack ready for what’s next.
